Owned by Arnold & Susan Witte, and managed by Dick & Sue McCoy, 7 Springs Farm is a first class facility for
horses. It is located in the heart of horse country, on 103 acres of preservation farmland in picturesque Hunterdon
County, NJ. The grass paddocks at 7 Springs Farm are spacious with safe fencing. Quality hay is grown here on
the farm. The main barn has 12 x 12 stalls with rubber mats, automatic waterers with digital drinking monitors, 2
wash stalls, kitchen/lounge area, heated tack room, and an attached 90' x 200' arena with excellent footing. The
barn has been designed with the safety and comfort of the horses in mind. There are also 2 separate 4 stall shed
row barns, and a beautifully remodeled dairy barn with 6 over-sized foaling stalls.
The farm is conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 78, nearby to motels and restaurants.
The focus of the farm is on providing a comfortable atmosphere where people can gather to improve their
horsemanship. We host horsemanship, cow working & colt starting clinics throughout the year, and also offer
